Tony Dinon:
A native of Chicago, Anthony “Tony” Dinon inspires others as the lead trainer and coach for MVP Preferral Systems™. Having been a business owner, a volunteer, a teacher, and a mentor, Tony and his team have developed the “MVP Preferral System™”: a proven and highly-effective method of getting business 100% by referral through preferred relationships.
Tony owned and operated several successful businesses in his life including three restaurants, two fundraising companies which have helped to raise up to $3,000,000 for non-profit organizations, and an acclaimed catering service. Tony’s businesses and personal experience have taught him that an organization’s hunger to grow will be satisfied by doing business 100% by referral. Tony has built his businesses upon this philosophy: “The generous prosper and are satisfied; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.” –Proverbs 11:25 or, in Tony’s words, “The more I give, the more opportunities appear.” This is the hallmark of the MVP Preferral System™: to give value to your clients and develop strong relationships that will continually provide the highest quality referrals for new business, donors, and supporters.
The vision for MVP Preferral Systems™ began in 1997. Tony’s friends, mentors, and business coaches –Joe Neigo and Brian Buffini—profoundly impacted Tony’s life by placing him “on the correct path,” and teaching him a deeper understanding how to grow business by giving unconditionally.
Andrew Carnegie said in the late 1800’s that our society was in need of a new philosophy for living life and conducting business. Tony and many other professionals strongly believe that the time has come once again for a new philosophy, and that the world is primed and ready for the life-long benefits of deeper personal relationships.
Tony and his team, who, incidentally, met by referral and grew their relationship steadfastly through the principles of the MVP Preferral System™, started the company in 2009, and presented their first workshop, “Go Light Your World”. They have since presented many other inspirational and business-building workshops including “Shredding the Past,” “Heroes,” and “The Heartbeat,” which have developed a strong following in the Chicagoland area who have been positively and profoundly impacted personally and financially. One client has recently testified to having improved her business by $49,000 in just four weeks thanks to the training she received and put into action!
Thanks to the effectiveness of the MVP Preferral System™, Tony and the MVP Preferral System™ team now present their workshops nationally. They continue to impact businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and professionals with a growing number of clients testifying to the effectiveness of their training and coaching programs.
Tony volunteers for such organizations as the Southside Pregnancy Center, the Illinois Foundation of Marketing and Education (DECA), and his church. He is married to Fran, his wife of twenty-eight years, two children, and two grandsons. He enjoys training for marathons and triathlons, reading, and leading bible study groups.
